  Worst customer service. I made a call at 10:35 am on 5/19/17 trying to get in touch with an officer who filed my accident report. Not sure who I just spoke to, but it was a male officer who answered the departments phone. He had the worst attitude and was yelling at me on the phone. He constantly spoke over me, and cut me off when I was speaking on numerous occasions. He was very hostile on the phone. I just hope this officer does not reflect the whole Southwest Dallas Police Station. I have never had an interaction with a police officer that was disrespectful and negative. Instead of being cordial and serving the public, I was greeted by a disgruntled officer with hostility and zero communication skills.

  Called police for loud music, later they call and ask if they are still needed i said yes, they call about 5 Hours later and woke me up to ask if they were still needed. Can't get no police to come out to Danieldale area. I wouldn't support them for nothing, when i get calls to support our local police station i refuse because they don't respond. People shoot guns and what ever else they want in this neighborhood.
