  Mr. Guerrini and his entire firm are top notch. I give them my highest recommendation. I researched many firms before selecting this firm. My short term disability had already been turned down after I had done everything I was asked to do, and this was after I was discharged from my job for being disabled! Mr. Guerrini listed fully to my history, then laid out his strategy without promising anything while at the same time installing confidence that we had a good chance of winning. As all things of this sort do, it took a long time, but my case was overturned on appeal! I could not believe it. His strategy worked 1, 2, 3. If you have an ERISA case, please contact this firm. My case was one of those that is very difficult to win on appeal, and he pulled it off. I am eternally grateful to him and his team.

  You pay for short and long-term disability coverage through with your employer's payroll deduction for years , expecting that when that health crisis happens, you will be able to rely on it to support you and your family"s needs; only to have the insurance company deny your claim , even with documented proof from your doctors and surgeons. Not only are you now dealing with the stress and pain of a life altering health crisis; but now you have the added stress of figuring out how to successfully fight for the coverage you have paid for with weekly/monthly payroll deductions. Sadly, that's what happens regularly to many hardworking people. Your disability insurance company, figures that they can get away with it because you don't have the skill or knowledge to successfully contest your case with them in the court system. There are not many attorneys in the DFW area that specialize in these type disability insurance cases. Thank God for excellent attorneys like Mr. Guerrini. He and his staff's knowledge and skill, helped to get my disability insurance coverage reinstated and kept it that way for years. I highly recommend him!

  I found Bernard and his staff to be very open, direct and courteous during the handling of my lawsuit against my LTD provider. Being disabled and mostly confined to bed it was a great comfort to me to have his team working on my case. Once I was able to put the lawsuit into Bernie's hands and focus on my recovery the overall reduction in stress levels had a direct medical benefit. Don't do what I did and try to handle your disability claim and/or appeal alone!
