- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆The clerk assisting me today was very nice and sympathetic, I had all of my paperwork, I even filled out the form online and printed out. What I found out after being there an hour before opening so I can be first in line was they only take the D-11 form no matter what. You can fill out online and print but it also must be single page (they will NOT accept double sided) it was annoying to say the least that when you are at the front of the line to be told after they open that they only accept one form. Even if the form I filled out was correct for the name change. So now I have to mail in all my documents because I was not going to head to the end of the line and wait another hour. Save yourself the $25 processing fee and just mail in the form.By MrsKKJohnson, May 23, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I needed a baby passport photo. My wife and I spent hours at home trying to get the lighting right and eliminating shadows but couldn't get it right. So we came here. We were in an out in 10 minutes at about 10:30am on a Tuesday morning. They knew exactly how to take a baby passport photo and it was clear they've had tons of experience doing this.
