- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They provide very minimal service and made a critical error in my filing. My overall experience: I felt like dealing with a bureaucracy -- Katie answers the phone and Peter Gurian was hard to reach. The filing was done by someone in the firm with mistakes. Worse, they made a mistake filing my 2015 IRS EFT information. The IRS could not process my payment. The error: Gurian CPA firm put my financial institution firm name in the bank account number field. After that, Gurian CPA told me to deal with IRS directly by paying it online. I did it, but I incurred a credit card fee. It's unclear Gurian CPA admits the error or not. I do keep all evidence documents in case other damages incurred and I need to seek other legal actions against it.By zhli, December 19, 2016
