  Today is 06/24/2016 and I called into the office to advise that I have pictures up for as bedbugs in my Mother's apartment. Well the lady Gloria says she wants someone to put a bedbug in a Ziploc bag and place on their desk. WTF, how ignorant for someone to say that to a tenant. If you have professional exterminators they should know how bedbugs look. As soon as you walk into my mother’s apartment you see them on the ceiling. So tell me why the office themselves have not gone to the tenant apartment to look. They are all sorry and do not care for the elderly, all the want is to collect rent and receive a pay check. Yes they laughed before releasing the call with me, but I bet I’ll get this matter resolved. Gloria please don't tell my mother I was disrespectful, that goes both ways. You are very unprofessional and rude on the phones and to laugh while hanging up the phone. Everyone in that office who I spoke to and act like they don't care need to be fired! Mother is getting bit everyday by these bugs and she's sick from the bites....The City of Dallas is aware of this complex and all the complaints they get. I want write much, they'll see me in person I'm sure.
