  Called and the guy wasn't really helpful...Was trying to track a package and misplaced my receipt..I was wondering if there was a way to reprint a receipt but said there was nothing he could do the tracking number was on the receipt...Most places are able to pull up. Receipt especially if you know the exact time and day it was done ..I guess the post office has no way of doing this ..

  On June 14, 2017 I went into South Oak Cliff Station (1502 E. Kiest Blvd.) to mail a package for the first time. I just started small business shipping online purchases to customers. A USPS staff member (R. Wms.) was extremely slow and discourteous to everyone. I had large package (40 lbs.) and she did not want to direct me how to mail it. She became upset as I questioned her about the shipping rates. She started waiting on other customers while simultaneously trying to answer my questions. She assumed that I should know how to mail packages of that size and all the USPS shipping rules. She handed me a knife and instructed me to remove the Express Mail tape that was already affixed to the package. I asked her for another alternative like covering it with tape. She turned away from me and mumbled something. When I got her attention again I asked her for the cheapest shipping rate that she quoted earlier. She stated that she had forgotten it. I said well I don't have it. Can you look it up again? I finally got frustrated from her unprofessional behavior and took my large package off her scales and left. This is the second unprofessional experience at this Station (South Oak Cliff, Dallas, TX 75216). I am sure not all USPS employees are like Ms. Wms. She should reassigned where there is no contact with the public. I left and went to a nearby FedEx (3601 S. Lancaster, Lancaster TX) and I was treated much better. I will take all my business to FedEx in Lancaster, TX in the future.

  The only time I visited was to pick up a package that was sent to this location. The employee behind the counter tried to snatch it from my hands and even tried to pepper spray me after we engaged in an argument when I confronted him on how rude he was acting towards me. This assault went unnoticed after I filed a complaint. I hope you get shut down.
