- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Cathy is the most fabulous employee ever! I put a package in the inside parcel post receptacle around 3:15 PM on Saturday and at 7 PM realized that I put the wrong parcel in. On a whim, I called the PO to leave a message and let them know my error and Cathy answered. She told me to come on by, waited for me to get to the PO and handed me the package that she had retrieved out of the bin! Truly above and beyond and great customer service!
