  Had a meeting with Karina Zamora at 12:00pm at this location so I arrive early. They seat me in one of their offices around 11:56am so she waltzes in the office at 12:40pm without excusing herself!!!!!! No "I'm sorry I'm late" or anything. I've met with her before, and the way she says no is to keep saying "and this document doesn't'', ''and we aren't", "and this keeps", "and this doesn't"...she just keeps saying and this and this and this and this instead of saying ''unfortunately we wouldn't be able to...", or "I'm sorry but we aren't". During the meeting she kept looking like she was irritated, didn't smile not one time. This lady is horrible!!! All my meetings at this location have been LATE. Suffice to say my needs during this meeting were not met as this bank is not cooperative. Moving to Chase ASAP!! Stay away from this location!!!

  Peggy Youngblood the manager and her financial clerks were very unprofessional! Don't greet you as you com in. Closed before business hours! Been banking with Bank of America for over 10 year and never experienced poor customer service as I did today! Place needs better management the reviews for this place are horrible. If you can avoid this place avoid!
