  I just love this agency. I've been with them for some years now and have never had a problem. They are very honest with me. They carefully review claims and catch any mistakes that are made by the claims department. I once had an accident and had to pay my deductible to have my vehicle repaired. About 2 years later, the agency called me to inform me that I had been over charged for my deductible and gave me $500 back with no hassle. I really feel like they have my back and are in my corner no matter what. They always notify me of discounts that are available. I wouldn't switch companies for anything. They are highly recommended.

  I have been with State Farm for a long time, but Pete Arterburn had never been my agent. I have always had my insurance through a different State Farm office. I happened to meet Pete through unrelated means about the time a water pipe busted in my apartment. Thank goodness I had renter's insurance b/c not only did they pay for new stuff to replace all my damaged stuff, but they went to bat for me, legally speaking, when it was another tenant's fault. Aside from that, Pete helped walk me through the process of the claim, taking time to make sure I understood and was comfortable with the steps being taken, and I wasn't even a client of his office! He never tried to get me to switch to his office or sell me anything, he simply wanted to help. Not only that, but he came to my apartment and helped me box my things and move in the freezing cold!!!!! He may not have asked me to change insurance, but Im going with Pete because I wouldn't want anyone else as my agent!
