  I had a package set to be at my home on 9/8 the day before my birthday. It never came and was rescheduled for 9/11 and again it never came. I got the run around from the customer service reps about they deliver as late as 7pm then 10pm. 10pm comes and goes and no package. I got a hold of a supervisor and she apologized and tried to get a hold of the local dispatch to no avail. Never using this service ever. Again as I've now been lied to and horribly disappointed and with this and the response

  Was hard to find. I didn't package my box correctly and the lady was very rude telling me that the packaging wasn't right and couldn't be shipped that way. She opened it up and had me help her repackage it. She was very rude, treated me like I was dumb. It's not what you say it's HOW you say it. And I'm sorry I don't package boxes for a living to know how to do it perfectly.

  I called before I went and checked they said they will be open from 10 to 5 I went straight to the location but no one was there but the peoples around was very helpful in this was at the World Trade Center

  Worst company ever. David abney should use US employees for customer service calls. I wasted over an hour on the phone with foreign customer service with no help and lied to me on every call.this company doesnt care about their customers at all.if they did they would of reached out to me like they stated they would.
